Thomas Cook, CPA - Partner

Tom has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience, first at KMPG and then with various technology firms in Silicon Valley. While Tom likes to think of himself as a generalist, he does have extensive experience in the issues facing companies in the software (including SaaS), manufacturing, and construction industries. Tom also has extensive experience with issues surrounding stock-based compensation (NQSOs, ISOs, etc.)

Tom received his degree in Accounting from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1991 and returned to the Central Coast ten years later.  He and his family live in Pismo Beach, and his children attended local schools.

Tom is an active supporter of the Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Foundation, where he sits on the Board of Directors.
